Talks by Anthony Green

I was born in Redditch in 1943, and, although I have not always lived in the town, I have always had a great affection for the area. After I took early retirement at 60, after spending 10 years working in France, I began volunteering at Coughton Court. However, within 3 years, I decided that I would like to volunteer at Forge Mill Needle Museum, and I have been there ever since. In 2009, I co-founded the Redditch History Society which, I am pleased to say is so going strong. From the beginning of the history society I began producing presentations and I enjoy meeting the many people who are interested in their town and its history.
